Welcome to SK One Stop Home Centre Sdn. Bhd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website (www.skonestop.com.my) or purchasing products from our store in Kajang, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders (online/in-store) are subject to stock availability.
  • Prices are in MYR and may change without notice.
  • Payment methods: FPX, credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (Kajang only), or bank transfer.

2. Delivery

  • Delivery fees apply based on location and order size.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • In-store pickup: Items must be collected within 7 days of order confirmation.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • 14-day return policy for unused/unopened items with original receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Non-returnable: Custom-cut materials (e.g., doors, pipes) and clearance items.

4. Product Warranty

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to power tools, appliances, and smart locks.
  • Claims require proof of purchase and must comply with warranty terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for:
    • DIY installation errors or misuse of products.
    • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., floods, supply chain issues).

6. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data (name, address, etc.) is used only for order processing.
  • We do not sell/share your data with third parties.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes will be resolved in Kajang courts.
