Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to inventory verification.

2. Delivery Options & Fees

  • West Malaysia:
    • Standard (3-7 business days): RM 8
    • Express (1-3 business days): RM 15
  • East Malaysia:
    • Standard (5-14 business days): RM 15
    • Express (3-7 business days): RM 25
  • For oversized/bulk orders (e.g., >2kg or box dimensions >45cm), additional charges may apply. We’ll contact you before processing.

3. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking numbers emailed once shipped.
  • Failed deliveries (e.g., incorrect address/unclaimed packages) incur re-shipping fees.
  • Contact info@skonestop.com.my within 24 hours for delivery issues.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently serving Malaysia only.

Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Refunds/exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and tagged.
  • Proof of purchase required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, socks, and clearance/sale items.
  • Damaged items due to customer misuse.

3. Return Process

  1. Email info@skonestop.com.my with:
    • Order number
    • Product photos + reason
  2. We’ll email a return authorization and address.
  3. Ship items via Pos Malaysia (customer covers return shipping).

4. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after receiving returns.
  • Refunds issued via original payment method (bank/PFP/e-wallet).
  • Allow 5-10 business days for bank processing.

5. Exchanges

  • Size/color exchanges subject to stock availability.
  • No extra fees (except return shipping).
